Select Haus of Suga treats are available for nationwide shipping.

Shipping Information

• Orders are baked fresh and shipped on designated shipping days.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Shipping availability may vary depending on the product selected.
• Due to the nature of our baked goods, shipping delays caused by carriers or weather are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. Haus of Suga is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

For your convenience, Haus of Suga offers local delivery by request only.

How It Works

• Delivery requests must be submitted via text to (904) 438-8334 before placing your order.
• All delivery requests are subject to availability and must be approved and confirmed by Haus of Suga.
• Once your delivery request has been approved, you’ll receive confirmation along with instructions for submitting your delivery fee.

Delivery Fees

•  $5 – Local delivery within select nearby ZIP codes: 32218,32209,32208,32206
• $9 – Extended delivery area.

Once your request has been confirmed, your delivery fee must be sent via Cash App: $Malkia98 before delivery is scheduled.

Please note that submitting a delivery request does not guarantee delivery. Delivery availability is based on scheduling, distance, and order volume.

Pickup is available at our designated Starbucks pickup location.

Pickup Process

• Pickup is by appointment during your selected pickup window.
• Please text us when you’re on the way  (904) 438-8334 so we can meet you promptly. We’re located approximately 5 minutes away, helping ensure your order is fresh and your wait is minimal.
• If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window without communication may require rescheduling based on availability.
